Rules for using ForgeIPTV.

Acceptance

By accessing https://forgeiptv.com/ or using ForgeIPTV for Windows, Fire TV or Android TV, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or the app.

Product Scope

ForgeIPTV is an IPTV player for Windows, Fire TV and Android TV focused on helping users organize and play their own legal M3U playlists and Xtream Codes accounts.

ForgeIPTV supports user-provided M3U playlists and Xtream Codes accounts.

ForgeIPTV is a player, not an IPTV provider.

No content provided

ForgeIPTV does not provide, sell, host, distribute or promote TV channels, playlists, subscriptions, streams, movies, series or copyrighted content.

Users must provide their own legal IPTV account or source.

ForgeIPTV has no control over the availability, legality, quality or reliability of third-party IPTV services or content sources.

ForgeIPTV does not provide, sell, host, distribute, recommend or promote TV channels, playlists, subscriptions, streams, movies, series, EPG data or copyrighted content.

EPG data

Electronic Programme Guide information is obtained only from sources configured by the user or exposed by the user’s IPTV provider. ForgeIPTV does not supply or guarantee EPG data, programme accuracy, availability or channel matching.

Trial and license

ForgeIPTV for Windows offers a seven-day free trial managed through Microsoft Store. Windows purchases and licenses are also managed through Microsoft Store, not through ForgeIPTV Licensing.

ForgeIPTV for Fire TV and Android TV offers a seven-day free trial managed through ForgeIPTV Licensing. TV licenses are managed independently of Microsoft Store. Web activation and device limits may apply as disclosed when a TV license is offered.

Windows and TV trials, purchases and licenses are separate and are not interchangeable. A trial, purchase or license for one product family does not grant trial or license rights for the other.

During an active trial, playback features are available. When the trial expires, users may continue accessing available non-playback areas, but video playback requires a valid license for that product family.

Where offered, a TV Lifetime license is a one-time purchase for the ForgeIPTV TV product family only; it does not include or replace a Windows license. TV payments may be processed through Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes payment information; ForgeIPTV does not store card details. A completed payment is confirmed by ForgeIPTV’s secure payment processing before a TV Lifetime license is made available. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.

Distribution and updates

ForgeIPTV for Windows is distributed through Microsoft Store. ForgeIPTV may offer Fire TV and Android TV APK downloads directly from its official website. Users are responsible for obtaining the app and updates from official or recognized distribution sources.

When updating an official TV installation by APK, follow the release instructions and install the new APK over the existing app where applicable. Do not uninstall ForgeIPTV before such an update, as uninstalling may remove local data.

ForgeIPTV does not guarantee compatibility or support for modified APKs or APKs signed by third parties. This does not restrict modifications, replacement or relinking of third-party libraries, or related reverse engineering, permitted by applicable law or the licenses described under Third-party software below.

Local data

ForgeIPTV stores configuration, favourites, playback history and cached metadata locally on the user’s device. Sensitive connection values are protected using platform security features: Windows security mechanisms on Windows, and Android storage and security mechanisms on Fire TV and Android TV.

Users remain responsible for maintaining any backups they require. Uninstalling the app, clearing application data or resetting a device may remove locally stored information. On Windows, moving configuration to another Windows account may also make protected information unavailable.

Updates installed correctly over the existing app are designed to preserve local data, but preservation cannot be guaranteed in cases such as data corruption, device failure or user actions.

Support requests

When submitting a support request, users must not include passwords, access tokens, unauthorized personal information or content they are not permitted to share. Support requests are handled according to the ForgeIPTV Privacy Policy.

User responsibility

You agree to use ForgeIPTV only with accounts, services and content sources that you are legally authorized to access.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, copyright rules, service terms and rights associated with your IPTV source.

You must not use ForgeIPTV to access, distribute or facilitate unauthorized or illegal content.

M3U and Xtream Codes compatibility

ForgeIPTV is designed to work with compatible M3U playlist details and Xtream Codes account details provided by the user.

Compatibility may vary depending on the IPTV provider, playlist quality, server configuration, stream format, availability and network conditions.

ForgeIPTV does not guarantee compatibility with every IPTV provider, M3U playlist, Xtream Codes service, media format, codec or Fire TV / Android TV device model.

Third-party services

The website may link to third-party services, including Microsoft Store for Windows distribution and Stripe for TV payments where offered.

The ForgeIPTV app may connect to third-party IPTV services configured by the user.

Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies and rules.

ForgeIPTV is not responsible for third-party services, content, accounts or interruptions, and does not guarantee their continued availability.

Third-party software

ForgeIPTV is proprietary software, except for components covered by their own third-party licenses. Those components remain subject to their respective licenses, which take precedence over these Terms for the corresponding components in the event of a conflict. Their inclusion does not make ForgeIPTV as a whole open source or grant a right to redistribute the complete application under those licenses.

The TV app includes Media3 under the Apache License 2.0, FFmpeg 6.0 configured under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1 or later (LGPL-2.1-or-later), and Android NDK runtime components with their corresponding notices. Copyright and license details are provided in the Third Party Notices accompanying the app. For each publicly distributed TV APK, the corresponding notices, license texts, source code and relinking materials required by the applicable licenses will be available alongside the APK download on the official website.

No restriction in these Terms applies to the extent that an activity is expressly permitted by applicable law or by the licenses of third-party software included with ForgeIPTV. In particular, for LGPL-covered components, you may modify the library, replace or relink it with a modified version, modify the combined work for your own use, and carry out reverse engineering needed to debug those modifications, to the extent required by the applicable LGPL license.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or the app.

You must not misuse, disrupt, overload, tamper with or interfere with the website, the app, Microsoft Store distribution for Windows, official APK distribution for TV, or any third-party service. This restriction is subject to the exceptions for applicable law and third-party software licenses stated above.

You must not use ForgeIPTV in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

No warranties

The website and the ForgeIPTV app are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, ForgeIPTV makes no warranties regarding availability, compatibility, performance, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ForgeIPTV is not liable for losses, damages, service interruptions, unavailable streams, provider issues, data loss, device issues or third-party content problems related to the use of the website or the app.

Changes to the website, app and terms

ForgeIPTV may update the website, the app, features or these terms from time to time.

When the terms are updated, the new version will be published on this page.

Continued use of the website or app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
